CONTACT ROUTES

Three ways to reach legal support

Legal questions need clear routing, so we separate policy requests from regular lobby help. You can contact us about terms, privacy choices, account access, document checks or payment-record matching.

Legal email desk Use the legal email address when your question concerns terms, privacy choices, account data, or notices from public authorities. Include your registered mobile number and a clear request so we can match the record safely.
Account help chat Chat can route legal account queries when you are signed in and need a quick status check. We may still ask you to confirm the request by email before changing personal records.
Document request form Use the form when we ask for ID, address proof or payment proof linked to UPI, Paytm or PhonePe. Upload only the requested file so the legal check stays focused.
ACCOUNT CARE

Six checks behind account records

We handle legal records through defined checks rather than open-ended collection. Account data, device signals, cookies and payment references are kept for account operation, dispute handling, fraud checks and lawful requests.

Data we collect

We collect account details you provide, sign-in records, device signals, payment references and game activity records. Each category is tied to account operation, safety checks, dispute handling or a legal duty.

Cookie choices

Cookies help keep you signed in, remember language choices and measure site performance. You can change browser settings, but some account functions may not work properly if essential cookies are blocked.

Account security

Sign-in checks, session controls and change logs help protect account access. If we see unusual activity, we may pause sensitive actions until you confirm identity through the contact details on file.

Payment record matching

UPI, Paytm and PhonePe references are matched against wallet activity to confirm deposits, withdrawals and reversals. We use these records for reconciliation, dispute handling and legal recordkeeping.

Retention periods

Records are kept only for as long as account operation, dispute handling, fraud checks, tax duties or lawful requests require. When retention is no longer needed, records are deleted or made non-identifying.

Change requests

You may ask us to correct, copy or remove account details where the law allows. We will verify the requester first, then explain what can be changed and what must be retained.

Legal questions before you open account

These answers explain how our legal terms apply to your account, your records and your access from India. They are written to help you decide whether to continue with account creation and which contact path to use if you need a change. For a case that depends on your location or documents, contact us before taking the next step.

The account terms, privacy policy, cookie policy and payment-record rules apply together. Your access depends on local law and is available where local law permits, even after you create an account.

We use your data to create and maintain the account, check identity, process wallet activity, answer disputes and meet legal duties. We do not ask for documents unless a specific check requires them.

Yes, you can request a copy through the legal contact route. We will verify that the request comes from you, then explain which records can be shared and how they will be delivered.

Payment references help us match deposits, withdrawals, reversals and disputes to the right account. They are also needed for reconciliation, fraud checks, tax duties and lawful requests from authorities.

Cookies support sign-in, session safety, language settings and site measurement. The legal page explains why they are used, which functions may rely on them and how browser settings can affect access.

You may ask for correction or deletion where the law allows. Some records, such as payment logs or dispute files, may need to be kept for legal, tax or safety reasons.

If local law affects access, we may update account availability, verification steps or wallet handling. We will apply the change to your account where required and explain any action you need to take.
